Everyone's experience of dementia is different – whether you have lived experience of dementia, care for someone with dementia, work in services day in day out, or are part of the local community.
There is now a set of standards in place to make dementia care and support better. These are called the ‘All Wales Dementia Care Pathway of Standards’.
As a Regional Partnership Board, we’d like to hear your experiences so we can make things better in the future and ensure the All Wales Dementia Care Pathways of Standards are being met.
We all have a shared responsibility for making sure that people affected by dementia have a positive experience of receiving care and support.
